About the Bernina B770 Quilter's Edition W/ Embroidery Unit - Sewing and Embroidery Combination Machine:

The BERNINA 770 QE is a premium, high-performance sewing and quilting machine designed for advanced textile creators and professional quilters. Engineered with a heavy-duty extended arm, it provides a generous 10 inches of throat space to the right of the needle to comfortably manipulate large-scale quilts, outerwear, and bulky materials.

The machine is equipped with the proprietary BERNINA Stitch Regulator (BSR), which automatically adjusts the machine's speed to guarantee perfectly uniform stitch lengths during free-motion quilting. It also features a built-in Dual Feed system to smoothly advance multi-layered or slippery fabrics from both the top and bottom simultaneously. Utilizing a front-loading rotary hook mechanism, its Jumbo Bobbin holds 70% more thread than standard bobbins to minimize winding interruptions, while automatic sensors continuously monitor upper and lower thread levels.
