The Husqvarna Viking Designer SE (including the Designer SE Limited Edition) is a high-end, computerized combination sewing and embroidery machine originally launched by Sweden’s Husqvarna Viking. 
Key Features and Specifications
  • Type: Combination sewing and computerized embroidery machine with a detachable/optional embroidery unit.
  • Exclusive Sensor System (ESS): Automatically and continuously senses and adjusts to the fabric thickness for perfect, even feed and presser foot pressure.
  • Sewing Advisor: Built-in interactive guidance system that automatically sets the stitch, stitch width, stitch length, thread tension, and recommended presser foot based on your chosen fabric and technique.
  • Display & Connectivity: Features a large backlit LCD touch screen and dual USB ports for transferring embroidery design files.
  • Needle Positions: Offers 29 needle positions for precision sewing, topstitching, and quilting.
  • Functionality: Supports free-motion sewing, selective thread cutting, automatic tie-off (Fix function), reverse sewing, and sewing without a foot control via a Start/Stop button.
